WHAT can be returned?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect condition.
Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Valid proof of purchase is required.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Notification should be made by email and sent to (magic@theatrix.com.au) in writing within 7 days of purchase

HOW do customers return items?
Items must be returned in original packaging and then packed in a cardboard carton.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs will only be refunded if goods are deemed faulty.
Shipping costs for returned goods will be for customers account

CREDIT for returns?
Credit for returns will be paid by your original method of purchase, EFT or Credit Card refund
